unraw support

Install

Download unraw, open the disk image, and move the app to Applications. unraw requires macOS 13 or later.

Enter and verify your email in unraw. The seven-day full trial starts immediately. No card is required.

Open Account → Purchase Subscription in unraw. After payment, return to the app; it checks for the purchase automatically.

Open Account → Manage Subscription to update payment details, download invoices, or cancel through Paddle.

When emailing support, include your Mac model, macOS version, unraw version, and the message shown in the app.
