Refund Policy

Request a Refund

Email support@unraw.app from the email address used at checkout. We’ll review your request and, where eligible, coordinate the refund through Paddle, our merchant of record.

Eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined by the Paddle Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Once approved, processing may take up to 14 days. Access covered by the refunded purchase ends when the refund is issued.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.

Cancellation does not by itself refund previous charges.
