Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms are between you and Unraw Labs, MB, company code 308045872, Draugystės g. 19D, Kaunas, 51231, Lithuania. By using unraw, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Software License

Unraw Labs, MB grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use unraw during an active trial or subscription, subject to the device limits shown for your plan. The software is licensed, not sold.

You may deactivate a device and activate another within those limits. You may not share a license key, resell or redistribute the software, bypass trial or license controls, or use unraw in violation of applicable law.

Free Trial

The free trial provides full access to unraw for seven days. No payment card is required. The trial starts after you verify your email in the app and is limited to one trial per eligible person and per device unless we explicitly reset it.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval and price presented at checkout until cancelled. Any applicable tax is shown by Paddle before you confirm payment.
• Paddle is the merchant of record and authorised reseller for purchases. Paddle handles checkout, payment collection, tax, receipts, invoices, refunds, and billing support under the Paddle Buyer Terms.
• You may cancel at any time through unraw Account or the Paddle customer portal. Unless a refund, chargeback, fraud review, or applicable law requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may provide a limited recovery period while Paddle retries the payment or you update the payment method. Access may end if payment is not recovered.
• Any plan change and its billing effect are shown before you confirm it.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Paddle under the unraw Refund Policy, the Paddle Refund Policy, and applicable law. You may contact support@unraw.app or use Paddle buyer support. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Your Content

unraw processes photos locally on your computer. You retain ownership of your photos, ratings, labels, and other work. We claim no rights to that content and do not upload it to our servers.

Your Responsibilities

• Keep your email address and license information accurate and secure.
• Maintain your own backups of photos and other important files.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from unraw except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not interfere with the service, abuse trials, evade device limits, or use automated means to access private account or licensing systems.

Updates and Availability

We may provide updates, fixes, and changes to unraw during an active subscription. System requirements and supported functionality may change as the product evolves. We aim to keep the app, licensing, and account services reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Warranty and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, unraw is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in these terms. We are not responsible for lost photos, files, ratings, edits, or profits, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end access where payment has ended, these terms are materially breached, or use threatens the service or other users. You may stop using unraw and cancel your subscription at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.

Changes

We may update these terms as unraw evolves. Material changes will be posted here and communicated where required by law. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date.
