Stay with the Fujifilm sequence

Open the RAF folder and stay with every expression, gesture, and quiet change. Choose the photograph before RAW development begins.

01

Begin with the RAF folder

Open the Fujifilm files from a folder or card without creating a temporary library before the first pass.

02

Choose timing before development

Move through the sequence while expression, focus, and the rhythm of the shoot are still clear in your mind.

03

Keep the Fujifilm select marked

Rate, label, and flag the keepers so the first decision can travel with the file into the RAW editor.

04

Continue into Fujifilm development

Continue with X RAW Studio, Capture One, Adobe Camera Raw, Lightroom, or another developer for film simulation, color, and final rendering.

Choose the frame. Then shape the RAF.

unraw uses the preview stored inside the RAF file to keep the first pass immediate and the full sequence in front of you.

With the keepers chosen, continue with film simulation, color, noise reduction, and final output in your RAW editor.

Can unraw open Fujifilm RAF files without importing?

A folder or card containing RAF files opens directly in unraw. Begin the first pass without creating a catalog or waiting for an import.

Where do I finish Fujifilm RAW development?

After choosing the RAF keepers in unraw, continue in Capture One, Adobe Camera Raw, Lightroom, Fujifilm X RAW Studio, or your preferred RAW editor for film simulation, color, and final rendering.

Can ratings and labels move into my editor?

Ratings, labels, flags, and core XMP/IPTC metadata can accompany the RAF selects. The receiving application and its metadata settings control which fields appear there.
