Agreement

These terms are between you and Unraw Labs, MB. By using unraw, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

License

unraw grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software during your active trial or subscription, subject to the activation limits of your plan.

Free Trial

The free trial provides full access to unraw for 10 days. No credit card is required. The trial starts when you enter your email inside the app and activate the trial.

Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, payments, invoices, applicable taxes, and billing support.
• You may cancel a subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Your Content

unraw processes photos locally on your computer. You retain full ownership of all your photos, edits, ratings, and exports. We claim no rights to your content.

Limitations

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software.
• You may not share your license with others.
• We are not liable for data loss. Please maintain your own backups.

Availability

We strive to keep unraw available and functional, but provide no uptime guarantees. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of unraw after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
